These General Terms and Conditions are binding on all users. We ask that you read them carefully. ● USE OF THE ONLINE STORE
The Company operates the online store in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions. The online store is available to buyers at any time, and the Company reserves the right to temporarily deactivate or suspend the online store without prior notice.
It is possible that the online store may be temporarily unavailable or that it may not be possible to make payments temporarily due to maintenance or updating of the online store. The Company shall not be liable for any damages that may occur during maintenance and/or updating of the online store.
● PLACING ORDERS IN THE ONLINE STORE
The sales contract concluded between the Supplier and the Buyer is considered concluded when the Buyer confirms the order (the Buyer receives an e-mail confirming the status “Order confirmed”). From that moment, the prices and all other conditions of the purchase are fixed and applicable to both the Supplier and the Buyer. The sales contract is uploaded to the Company’s server in electronic format.
Purchase procedure:
1st step: from the offer available in the online store, the Buyer selects the desired item and quantity and confirms his/her choice by clicking “Add to cart”. If the Buyer wishes to purchase several different items, the process must be repeated for each individual item. Once the Buyer has completed the item selection process, he/she can continue with the purchase process by clicking the “Checkout” button.
2. Step: In this step, the Buyer fills in the form with the personal data required for the delivery of the order placed. After filling in the form, the Buyer can, in certain cases, add other products or services to his/her order. In this step, the Buyer is also informed of the estimated delivery date. Before finalizing the order, the Buyer has the option to choose between several different payment methods. Taking into account the selected choice, the final amount to be paid is calculated again before the purchase is finalized. The Buyer confirms the purchase process by clicking on the “Complete purchase” button.
3. After the purchase is completed, the Website displays a confirmation message to the Buyer indicating that the order has been successfully submitted and providing the details of the submitted order. In addition, the Buyer also receives a confirmation email to the email address indicated in Point 2, which contains a general description of the order, instructions for using the products ordered and instructions for collecting the order or filing a complaint if the Buyer is not satisfied with the product or no longer wants it.

● PRICES, PAYMENT METHODS AND PROMOTIONS
Prices
All prices indicated on the Website are in EUR and include VAT. Prices apply from the moment the order is placed. The offer is valid until cancelled.
NOTICE: This is an online retail store whose target audience is exclusively end customers (B2C). For this reason, we do not allow B2B sales on this website and we also do not offer the option of issuing invoices to legal entities. This also means that subsequent corrections of invoices (from individuals to legal entities) are not permitted, since the sales transaction is concluded exclusively with an individual.
If you would like to establish a B2B relationship with our company and purchase large quantities of our products (the complete package/full case with a minimum purchase value of 5000 EUR + VAT), you can contact our wholesale store by email.
Payment methods
You can use the following payment methods in our online store:

The Company reserves the right to verify the selected payment method using authentication methods. In addition, we also reserve the right to further examine the selected payment method and request that you send us proof of payment.

You warrant that you have the ability and right to carry out transactions using a credit card or any other selected payment method.
Promotions
The Website also offers discounts and other promotions that reduce the prices of products (hereinafter referred to as “promotions”). Each promotion offers a reduced price for a certain (limited) period, which is defined for each promotion individually. The reduced price applies to all purchases made during the promotion.
Please note that some promotions are only intended for new users who have not yet made any purchases in our online store. In this case, such promotion does not apply to existing users. Any attempt to use such promotions will be immediately blocked and the email addresses used for such misuse will be deleted without prior notice. Discounts and other promotions are generally not cumulative, unless each individual promotion explicitly states otherwise.
● COSTS AND DELIVERY OF GOODS
Prices do not include any delivery costs. Delivery costs can be found in the online store, where you will have the option to select your delivery method. Our Company offers only one delivery method: standard.
When submitting the order, you will see a summary showing you the cost of the purchase, the cost of delivery and the total cost.
The products you have ordered will be delivered to the address you entered on our Website as the delivery address.
The early delivery period is available to the Buyer at the time of submitting the order. The Company reserves the right to extend the delivery period in the event of increased demand or delays in the delivery service. Deliveries are usually made before midday. If you are unable to receive the order at that time, the carrier will try to arrange with the Buyer a new method and place of delivery.
If the carrier does not contact the Buyer, it will make another attempt to deliver the order on the next business day. If the second attempt also fails, the order and its contents will be returned to the sender.
The amount paid for unsuccessful delivery and prepaid orders will be automatically refunded within 8 (eight) business days from the date the order was returned by the warehouse or from the moment the Company determines that the order was not successfully delivered.
Safety warnings regarding the use of all products
The use of products from our online store may present a certain risk to life and limb. You must explicitly confirm that you understand that the use of such products poses these risks and fully accept them. By ordering and/or using such products, you confirm that you are aware of such risks, which may include the risk of illness, injury, disability or death. You must assume full responsibility for any consequences that may arise from ordering and/or using the products.

Before use, each product must be safely tested. If you are unsure how to test the product, we ask that you do not use the product, inform us of this situation or return the product.
The company assumes no liability for direct or indirect damages incurred by the use of the products ordered on the Website, regardless of whether the products are used correctly or incorrectly by the Buyer or by a third party. This exclusion applies to the extent permitted by law.
If a claim is made against the Company, the Company limits its liability for damages to up to three times the market price of the product.
We strive to provide product descriptions and photographs that are as detailed and accurate as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that all product information and photographs are completely accurate. Since some products can be purchased from several different suppliers, there may be some differences in the appearance of the packaging or the product. These differences do not in any way affect the quality or functionality of the product.
● RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT
A Buyer who makes a purchase in our online store has the right to withdraw from the Contract. This withdrawal from the Contract may be communicated within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order and must be communicated to the Company by the delivery service. The Buyer does not need to give a reason for his/her decision. This right to withdraw from the Contract only applies to Buyers who are natural persons and who acquire the goods and services for purposes other than those of their professional or profit-making activity.
