Shipping and delivery policy:

Processing and dispatch times:
Once your order has been approved, we will endeavour to send it as quickly as possible. The average delivery time is between 5 and 10 working days, depending on the city where you placed your order. However, it is important to note that there may be unforeseen circumstances or delays on the part of the local post office. Our goal is to dispatch your order on the next working day.

Delivery days:
Orders are delivered from Monday to Saturday, except national holidays.

Tracking your order:
The tracking number will be available within 3 to 4 working days of your order being approved. You will receive this number by e-mail. You can track your order in real time with this code. If you do not receive this e-mail, we recommend that you check your spam folder.
Payment method:
We offer payment options by credit or debit card, Paypal, Apple pay, Google pay. Shipping is also completely free, so there are no additional costs to the price listed on our website.
Absence during delivery:
 If you are not at home at the time of delivery, you will receive a call or text message from the delivery person. If you can't receive it that day, another attempt will be scheduled.
Guarantee and Returns:

Customs fees and import taxes:
Due to the different customs policies and import taxes, Ftm Fashion Store is not responsible for paying these, which are the responsibility of the consumer, and has no control over any other costs, fees or taxes that may be applied upon arrival of an order in the destination country. The total price includes only the price of the item, the respective VAT, when applicable, and shipping costs.
